I think the title really brings out the awesomeness of the work. The art is fantastic, the concept is mysteriously hidden, and well hidden too. The title is the cherry on top that adds to the suspense. Well done!

Love how you drew the hands on the worm-man. The concept alone reminds me of Elric of Melnibone, which is always a plus. And the frothing at the mouth while the bald human watches is awe just adds even more emotional pull to the picture. Very well done, sir!
